Formula issue

Send page URL, inputs used, expected result, and where the formula seems wrong.

Missing scenario

Tell us which payout scenario is not covered: the plan type, how it pays out, and what the existing page could not answer.

Broken UX

Send device type, browser, page URL, and what happened before the issue appeared.

Best way to report an issue

Include the page URL.
List the numbers you entered.
Say what result you expected and why.
Include screenshots if the layout or result broke.

Short vague messages slow everything down. A detailed message turns into a faster fix.

Best when a payout scenario is genuinely not covered — tell us the plan type and how it pays out.

Report formula mismatch

Best when the formula output contradicts a worked example, compensation plan, or calculation method described on the page.

Suggest a content improvement

Best when the page exists but the explanation, comparison block, or internal links still leave too much ambiguity.

Before you send a message

Check the guide first if your question is about terminology. Many payout disputes are definition problems, not arithmetic problems.

Check methodology if your concern is about assumptions, source notes, or what the estimate is allowed to represent.

Check the right calculator if your plan is STI, STIP, commission, retention, or year-end. Broad bonus tools can be the wrong fit.

Privacy requests should use the subject line “Privacy request” and are answered within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what rights apply and what data exists — which, for calculator inputs, is none.
